This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Piovani at shoppiovani.com.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time is the time needed to confirm your order, prepare it, and send it to our supplier, fulfilment partner, or warehouse for dispatch.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, supplier delays, or unexpected demand, processing may take longer.


Fulfilment

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, fulfilment partners, or third-party warehouses.

This means your order may be shipped from a location outside your country.

If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

The sender name or address shown on the parcel may be different from Piovani. Please do not send returns to the sender address on the parcel unless we have confirmed that address with you in writing.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Ireland: [6–10 business days]
United Kingdom: [6–10 business days]
Canada: [7–9 business days]
Australia: [7-11 business days]

These delivery times are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer because of customs, local postal delays, courier delays, supplier delays, weather, strikes, public holidays, incorrect address details, or events outside our control.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email if tracking is available.

Tracking information may take a few days to update after your order has been dispatched.

If your tracking does not update immediately, this does not always mean your order has not shipped. Please allow a few business days for the carrier system to update.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

We may offer free shipping from time to time. Free shipping offers may be subject to conditions such as minimum order value, destination, product type, or promotional period.

Any shipping charge paid at checkout covers standard shipping unless otherwise stated.


Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import checks, or local authorities.

If you refuse to pay customs fees or refuse delivery, the package may be returned, delayed, abandoned, or destroyed. In that case, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may exclude shipping costs, customs charges, or other costs we cannot recover.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please check your address carefully before placing your order.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has started.

If an order is delayed, lost, returned to sender, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a full refund or free replacement.

If the order is returned to us or our supplier, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Failed Delivery or Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, unclaimed package, or unpaid customs fees, please contact us.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • reshipment, if available

  • refund, if the item is returned successfully

  • store credit

  • partial refund

Shipping costs and any costs we cannot recover may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law.


Lost or Missing Packages

We may ask you to:

  • check the tracking information

  • check with your local postal service or courier

  • check with neighbours, reception, building management, or household members

  • confirm your shipping address

  • provide any delivery evidence or correspondence from the carrier

If the package is confirmed lost, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

If the tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may not be able to issue a full refund or free replacement. However, we will do our best to help you investigate.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, contact us at shoppiovani@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery.

  • a clear description of the issue

  • photos or videos of the item

  • photos of the packaging

  • any tracking or delivery information

Orders Marked as Delivered

If your tracking says your order was delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check the delivery location shown in the tracking.

  2. Check with household members, neighbours, reception, or building management.

  3. Check safe places around your address.

  4. Contact the carrier or local postal service.

We are not responsible for theft, incorrect delivery instructions, unsafe delivery locations, or packages missing after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will try to help you investigate the issue.


Multiple Packages

If you ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages.

This can happen when items are shipped from different suppliers, warehouses, or fulfilment partners.

If part of your order arrives first, please allow extra time for the remaining items to arrive.

Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

If an item is sold as a pre-order or becomes temporarily out of stock, the estimated shipping time may be longer than usual.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or the option to wait for restock.


Shipping Restrictions

We may not be able to ship to every country, region, island, military address, PO Box, parcel locker, or restricted location.

If we cannot ship to your address after you place an order, we will contact you and may cancel and refund the order.

Customers are responsible for making sure the product can be legally imported into their country.


Product Safety and Delivery

Our novelty squishies are not food and must not be eaten, bitten, chewed, swallowed, or placed in the mouth.

If your item arrives damaged, torn, leaking, or unsafe to use, stop using it and contact us immediately at shoppiovani@gmail.com.

Please keep packaging away from children and pets.
