Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us at shoppiovani@gmail.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.

Contact us before returning anything.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Returns must be approved by us in writing before they are sent. Once your return request is reviewed, we will either:

1. provide return instructions, or
2. issue a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded, unless your legal consumer rights say otherwise.

Refund without return

Because some of our products are low-cost novelty items, we may choose to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit without requiring you to return the product.

This does not mean every refund request will be approved automatically. We may ask for your order number, photos, videos, packaging photos, or other information so we can review the issue.

Change of mind / cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in Ireland, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

If you are a consumer in Australia, Canada, or another country, your cancellation, return, and refund rights may depend on your local consumer laws and on the condition of the item.

We do not offer automatic change-of-mind returns in every country unless required by law. However, we may choose to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise protected by consumer law.

To request a cancellation, return, refund, or replacement, contact us at shoppiovani@gmail.com with your order number.

After you contact us, we will confirm whether the item needs to be returned or whether we will process a refund without return.

If we ask you to return the item, it must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation request.

Return address

If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address privately by email after your return request has been approved.

Do not send returns to the sender address on the parcel, our supplier’s address, or any address not confirmed by us in writing.

Return condition

If we require a return, the item must be returned unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original condition where possible.

We may refuse or reduce a refund if the item has been used, chewed, bitten, torn, stained, altered, damaged by misuse, or returned outside the required timeframe, unless your legal consumer rights say otherwise.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shoppiovani@gmail.com.

Please include:

- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
- photos or videos of the item
- photos of the packaging

If we confirm there is a problem, we may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or another solution in line with your consumer rights.

Refund timing

Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method.

Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.
